Robert writes business plans and investment memoranda, does the websites, mails out the deals, introduces investors to ventures, gets up scaffolding to fix the roof, paints the front door and makes the coffee. He is awaiting an eye operation after a Microbial Keratitis - Acanthamoeba infection.
Robin Wright - Life Sciences
Robin has a degree in Biology from Canterbury University and is helping with promoting life sciences work.
Charlie Hastings - FAB Angels
Charlie is a competent member of staff at The Bench in Ramsgate and a trainee chef who is interested in promoting healthy food options for disabled people like himself.
Ash - Media: Art and Aerospace
Ash has a PhD in social work. She is assisting with a couple of media projects whilst recovering from a back injury.
Paul Vousden - Life Sciences (UK)
Paul runs strategic consultancy Corporate Counsel which provides strategic direction and management enhancement to early stage companies.
He has been the Head of Communications for NHS London and the Communications Director for the Commercial Directorate of the UK Government Department of Health.
At the moment, Paul is very part-time as he is caring for his wife who has cancer.
You can see from the above that we're a pretty special needs team (apart from Robin) at the moment - but then we all have special needs.
